    Two fans and remotes triggers on both
    I have two hunter fans - one upstairs and one down. They are different styles. Both have remotes. If I am upstairs and my husband is downstairs and the lights are on both and I use my remote to turn the upstairs light off it is also turning off the downstairs. Same with the fan control -if I turn mine to a different setting it changes the downstairs. Is there a setting that will stop this?

    You need to change the dip switches in one fan and remote. Leave the other set be. See:
