    Changing a Name on a Birth Certificate in New York
    I would like to know how much would it cause me to change my daugters spelling of her first name on her birth certificate. She is 18 months old I really don't know if it matters how old.

    If both parents agree, it shouldn't cost much. Check with your local bureau of records.
