atlanta tax expert - please help
    1. I am a student from India in F-1 visa , entered US in 2007, got married in 2009. My wife (Indian) is with me in F-2 visa status. Am I eligible to file as married non resident alien and maximize my refund?

    2. I filled my past two year return as 1040 through turbo tax. I worked as an intern through CPT in 2009 for 8 months and they withheld my SSN and medicare. What is the best way to get the money back
    1. Should I first amend 2007 and 2008 return before I file 2009 return?
    2. Apply for SSN and medicare refund after 2009 return?
    3. It appears that turbotax managed to get me more fund than what IRS is supposed to owe me. Therefore, should I pay IRS while amending with 1040x or can I ask them to adjust it with my SSN refund. Which is the best way to do it?

Finally, Should I file returns for my wife (though she is not earning and have no SSN). What form should I use, if need be?

    I appreciate your help.
