Is my ejector pump going bad?
We were having issues with toilets clogging and the basement shower (the water wasn't going down). Turns out that out circuit breaker was flipped off, so our ejector pump wasn't working. While the plumber was here he flushed the toilet and ran the water to ensure it was working and we did hear it run. Since he has left though I have not heard it run and I have tried the same test. The circuit breaker is fine. The pump is about 10 years old.

If you have power to the pump and the switch is OK then you may have a open winding in the motor. Call your plumber back to check the system. Good luck, Tom
