    Getting a home loan with low income??
    How is it possiable to get a mortgage loan while living on social sercurity disablity or ssi?
    Is there programs to get help to get a loan with fair credit.
    I have a friend who is in a wheelchair and the place they live in is not made for handicap person ramps,bath etc
    Low income housing doesn't like to except pets which this person has a dog that helps with seizures.
    So just looking for some suggestions.

    No, a person will have to, esp now under the current credit crisis have

    1. good or at least not poor credit

    2. if poorer credit, a much larger down payment

    3. even with better credit, more down payment is being looked for

    If their dog is not a official service animal, they may have to make some choices
