W-2 values in box 12,13,14 where to report?
    Hi,

    I have W-2 which has
    box 12a - code- S - $ XXXX
    box 13 -Retirement plan
    box 14- CA-SDI $XXXX

I will be filing 1040NR or 1040NREZ. I am not sure where to report these values and what do they mean?
I also received form 5498 which is for SIMPLE IRA plan.

I believe the Code S signifies amounts contributed to the SIMPLE IRA.

The CA-SDI is the employee's contribtion to the California State Disability Insurance, which can be treated as a local tax and deduct as an itemized deduction on Form 1040NR.
