    IS this child pornography of 17 ex girlfriend?
    Jw. My ex who was 17 at the time sent me some pics. One she was standing naked in mirror(you can only just see her chest good) and the other she was in a thong standing facing away from mirror(so can see backside)? She also let met take a picture of her laying on her stomach in underwear. I know what the law says, a sexual act or of the genitals. There is no sexual act or disturbing posses in either on. Which ones if any would not be child pornography.

    A picture of a naked 17 year old is indeed child pornography.

    Yes, it is porn, they all could be considered porn, but any of the naked body, are for sure,
