    What breads are good if you want to loose weight
    Are there any breads out there to eat if you are trying to loose weight?

    Yeah "sarah lee" mekes a bread called "delightful" and its low carb and low calorie and it tastes just like regular bread

    Stick to whole grains, or whole wheats if you can. I usually don't like them much, so I personally go for cracked wheat sourdough, since cracked wheat is supposed to be healthy (I don't watch carbs much, so I have no idea how many are it it). Make sure you'r reading the ingredients. Just because it's low carb and low cal doesn't necessarily make it healthy. You have to pay attention to what they're putting in it to make it that way.

    Compare the examples there. I've heard good things about ezekiel breads but haven't tried them myself. But if I were in the mood to try something new and had to choose between sara lee and ezekiel, I'd have to go for ezekiel. Why? The all natural ingredients. All those chemicals in so many big name brands are not all that great for you. You can usually find healthier alternatives at places like trader joe's, whole foods, and other more natural food places. Keep in mind, these types of healthier breads tend not to have preservatives so make sure you store them in your fridge to preserve them.

    Also, you have to keep in mind what you're putting on the bread. A turkey club sandwich with extra bacon and mayo on the healthiest of breads still won't be a healthy meal (not saying that's what you're having, I'm just kind of hungry now lol).
