    I need to file tax for my OPT period
    I just finish my OPT period and I receive my W@ form and now I would like 2 file the income tax so can I help in that what king of tax should I file

    If you have not completed 5 years on F-1, you will file nonresident tax Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ and Form 8843. Your income is not subject to FICA taxes. http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/03/...s-for-non.html
