    Does Lead Wool require respiratory protection
    By using lead wool for pipe joints does it eliminate the need for respiratory protection or are there still lead dusts to deal with? [email protected]

    If you're talking about lead and oakum joints in cast iron the answer's NO. Did you caulk the lead wool the same as a poured lead joint? Cheers, Tom
