    2.Rate = k[(CH3)3CBr][OH-]^0

    3.Rate = k[(CH3)3CBr]^0[OH-]

    4.Rate = k[(CH3)3CBr][OH-]

    5.Rate = k[(CH3)3CBr]

    first time I choose 4. but it was incorrect and then I choose 2. it was incorrect either. I didn't put 4,2 together , I did separately
    it says Choose as many answers as appropriate.

    make me confusing , please help me

    I think you have to say that they are 2 and 5, since [OH-]^0 = 1.
