Eviction of tenant with felony arrest in Texas
A renter of my mobile home was arrested with several hundred pounds of marijuana. The property is in Val Verde County Texas, I don't know where he is right now, but his rent is paid until March 1st. The lease is good until May. I don't know if he will get bailed out or not. I don't live in Texas anymore. What are my options in getting him off the property.

Was the marijuana on the property, In the mobile home ?
If not, the arrest itself may not be a breach of a lease.

Also has the marijuana actually been tested yet by a lab and proved what it is. It is alleged drugs until proved in a lab.

You are allowed to do anything your lease says you can, since we don't iknow what terms you put in there to protect your interest, we can not tell you. So read your lease closely and see what options you left yourself
