How to get rid of menstral cramps
How can I get rid of menstral cramps?

    I already know:
    Consume less caffeine
    Take Tylenol/Ibuprofen/etc.

    Anything else?

Motrin, a heating pad and warm baths. Motrin is better than Tylenol for cramps.

    Thanks J!

How long will the baths last?
Mum taught me to lay down in a hot shower and it'd help, but that only lasts about twenty minutes after I get out

Take as long and as hot a bath as you want.

I mean how long after will it last? With one bathroom that isn't scary and a six year old in the house, I don't get much bath-time

It'll last maybe about an hour, but if you take the Motrin first, then take a bath, then the heating pad, you should be good to go for a while.
