Can somebody write lyrics for me ?
Heyya! My name is Taylor. I have been singing for a while now. When I write a song, it turns out o.k. Nothing spectacular, just sounds like something anyone can write. Could you please write me a few songs about lies? I don't mind what the others are about as long as there is one about lies ! I know it means more if you write it yourself, but nothing comes to mee ! Thank You very much !

Wow, I haven't been using this site for too long but I'm amazed how often this question gets asked on here. I don't understand why anyone in their right mind would think that someone would write a song for them to sing.

As many others have stated in previous posts...

What would happen if you became famous due to the song that someone else wrote for you? Not really fair to the writer is it?

Well, I am not like that. I would say that it was down to their work + that am proud of them & I am so thankful to them. Anyway, I don't want to become famous!

    Hi, racamyandermac1!

When you ask someone to write a song for you, you're basically asking them to do all of the work.

Now, if you want someone to show you how and help you to write a song, that's different.

I've done that with a number of people on this site. If someone wants me to write them a song outside of the Internet, as that is one of the things that I do for a living, that would be a business deal. They would be hiring my services.

I highly doubt that the singer is going to become "famous" because of collaboration with anyone on this site or on any other site on the Internet. If it's going to be a serious endeavor that might lead to one or both of the parties making some kind of a monetary profit, the writing of the lyrics and music would be happening not on any site on the Internet.

If you want songs that you can just enjoy, then I'd be glad to help you on this site.

One of the other things that I help people with on this site, is to advertise their businesses. If they make a profit because of my helping them, that's great! I look for nothing in return, other than maybe a "Thank you!" I like to help people. That's a big part of the reason that I'm here. If someone wants to hire me outside of this site to advertise for them, then that also would be a business deal.

Sure, if you'd like to write a song with me, I'll be glad to help you! But, please post a question about that in the Writing forum topic area. It's one of the forums that I moderate, and if something goes "Oops!" there, I can fix it.

By the way, how old are you and do you play any musical instruments or than singing, please?

    Thanks!
