    Im on reporting adult probation in clermont county Ohio (misdemeanor) no felonys & I just got a mis 4 so I know I'm going to get violated, what's likely to happen to me?

    You do know that if you do not report this new charge that is an automatic violation of your probation. You need to report this new charge to your PO at once. There might be a violation of probation hearing before your judge about the violation and at that point the judge may either order more probation (but probably supervised where you must report in person each month) or have you do some county jail time. Not knowing more info it's hard advising you but even knowing more info there is no telling what the judge is going to do. It's all up to the judge when everything is said and done.
