    What is a valid medical reason for breaking a lease. I have Parkinson's disease
    I just moved to Florida, was diagnosed with P.D. Doctor thinks I am under too much stress making the disease worse. Could he write a letter to that effect, and could I break the lease to go back home where my neurologist, specialists are. Ed Holland

    Sorry, but I know of no place that allows you to break a lease for medical reasons. Especially not FL. Talk to your landlord and see if he will accept a buyout.
