Roommates and renewing a lease
I have lived in the same apartment for about 3 years with a roommate. Recently our lease was up for renewal, she signed it and I did not. I was planning on moving out but she signed without my knowledge. Am I responsible to continue to pay half of the rent?

Apartment lease renewals with roommates
I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roommate, both of our names are on the original lease. Recently she renewed our lease without me being present so therefore I did not sign anything. Am I still responsible for half of the rent if I did not sign and was planning to move out which she was aware of?
