Do I need a third party fidelity bond for my cleaning company
I am wanting to start a cleaning company, and after researching several ads from cleaning companies in my area, I noticed most of them advertise that they are "licensed and bonded" do I need a license or bond to operate a cleaning business in Texas?

If your local area requires a business license you will need one.

You will need to be bonded only if you have a customer that requires it, what is more important is to be insured.

Thanks FR_Chuck, I will check the local regs for licensing and get insurance quotes. Have a great evening.

Yes Stringer, but I also need to research it. I'll admit things are different now. I had a cleaning business years ago, but my client relationships were based on trust and it worked for us all.
