Steps to settle a lien against property
I have a judgement against my property and plan to sell it this year, will the judgement stop it from being sold? Or can I sell it and pay off the creditors?

The liens ( judgement and mortage** if there is one) will be paid off at closing, so as long as you are selling the property for enough money to pay everyone off, there is no problem

Thank you so much for your reply. However, I have been paying on this debt for more than a year and I have not received any balance statements that the debt had been reduced, how do I proceed?
Do I try to offer a settlement at this point or keep paying the monthly installments? And does the judgement amount against my property remains the same? Judgement is for 10,100 and I was paying $209 per month, but recently dropped the payment to $100 per month, of course informing them.
