Getting out of long term laundry room lease in Wisconsin
I currently own an apartment building in Wisconsin. When purchased, it had in place a 10 year lease for the laundry room with a ten year auto renewal. I only get 15% of sales which don't even cover utilities. Is there any way to cancel this lease other than to try to get them on non performance of maintenance? Help

Not really, the only way is to find a way that is listed within the lease.

How many more years left in the lease ? Of course be sure to notify them that you will not renew the lease.
