Do I have to pay child support? Even if all these years she lied to me.
I have been married for 8 years my daughter is 5yrs old. My wife and I split up about a year and half ago the she told me she had a doubt of my daughters paternity. Just recently I dna tested her at home and biologically she is not mine. She just served me with child support papers. What can I do??

You may well have to pay child support. Depending on the state and the court.

You are most likely listed on the birth certificate and also in some areas just acting as the real father for a number of years can obligate you.

At this point you seriously need an attorney, First a home DNA test can't be used in court. You need an attorney to ansewr the child support filing, and most likely request a DNA test though the court, asking to be released from obligations.

Also if you do get out of this, you lose any and all rights to visits your child. And personally after 5 years, I can't even image a man wanting to give up their child, no matter who the bio father may be
