    Are my taxes being garnished
    I am being currently garnished from a student loan at my job can they take my taxes too even though I am being garnished

    Yes they may also get your income tax refund, ( they may not) but if they wanted they could.

    Also if they found you had a large amount in savings in the bank they could go after that also.

    Can they take my taxes even though Im paying it off in a garnishment
