    Rheem trouble shooting
    The out door unit of the heat pump makes a sound like it's scraping and a pounding or knocking noise and clicking noise sometimes

    Needs to be checked out by hvac tech,, is possible a rubber foot that the compressor sits on could be out of place or missing
