    What is the procedure for placing a Hold on a bank account for monies owed
    A Investor placed funds with a Agent that were tobe repaid in 45 days. Two years have lapsed with no funds not being repaid.

    If you are saying what I think you are saying...
    You have to sue them in court. If you win then you have to try to collect. If not you have to go BACK to court and make them levy it for you.
