    How can I increase my self-respect?
    I've got a good job and a family. But I hate myself... because all the time I feel that there's more that I should do and what I'm doing is not enough. I always blame myself for everything that I do... everything that I say... I'm too scared about what's others thinking about me, about my reputation... I feel lonely all the time ,although my mom and sisters love me a lot. Am I sick?how can I increase myself respect and make my life worthy? What should I do to become a brave person? I'm sick and tired of being unhappy.

    No amount of advice from us will help you gain self respect. It will take a lot of thought on your part and self discipline to change you physically and mentally.

At my cabin I use a 12 volt Flojet pump to pump water from the lake to the cabin. I am using 1/2 inch plastic pipe for the intake and outlet on the pump. Would I see an increase in water flow if I increase the size of the pipe going from the lake to the pump to 3/4 plastic
