    Can cmhc sue me
    I walked away from a 320 000 $ home the bank sold it for $269 000. Cmhc is coming after me for the rest .can they do this

    Yes. You borrowed the money, they are entitled to it.

    Normally yes, more and more banks are starting to come after people for the balance. Depending on the state, how the law allows.
