    Child abuse
BF 24 cheated in the past with a 14 years old girl while with me. They held hands, kissed, and he fondled her breasts. He told her I love you. She sent him sexy photos but she had clothes on. They kept their relationship a secret from all their friends and met in secret. They broke up. He deleted all the photos, emails, and texts. She is now 17 turning 18 soon. Is this child abuse for fondling? Should he be reported? Now he now denies everything. Even though she consented to the dating isn't this still wrong. This is in NY. He's a doctor. Will his license be revolked. What are the consequences of reporting? Once she's 18, nothing can be done. Please help.

No it not child abuse its more likely statutory rape. And this guy sounds like a pedophile.

The problem is you have no proof of your allegations. If youl go public with them, you could wind up in trouble.

With technology these days, would the cell phone carrier be able to print out their text histories Or hotmail could retrieve deleted mails and photos? Is that enough.

Even if technology makes it possible, you wouldn't be able to get it. Hot mail and cell phone carriers won't give you personally any information. So you'd have to have some other proof to show to get someone with authority to maybe be able to get harder evidence.

We're talking 3-4 years ago. They may have different phones now and its unlikely their carriers kept records from that long ago. And I know Hotmail doesn't.

If the girl wishes to press charges she can. You cannot do anything about it as you are not a party but an observer of this. Cell phone texts and pictures cannot be saved by the carrier. The only thing the cell carrier can do is say that someone with this phone sent a text message to that phone period or this phone called that phone for X many minutes.

The man is going to do this again and he will be caught. It's just a matter of time until he is caught.

Paedophiles don't just stop with one little girl or little boy.
