    THINKPAD A20M boots and stops at black screen with pic of computer & lock
    Password required to move forward
    Owner forgot password

    If pw forgotten or lost, would need to have it sent in for service and must show proof of ownership (without proof, they will not be able to help) and they will charge about $100 US
