Why do you think the Gov should give him a pardon... or why he even deserves one?

Its clear he not only committed one crime... but a second one.

THere is no way this can be his first crime... it took one to get convicted... and it took a second to get sent back.

It was his first offense he got in a fight with my boyfriend trying to be a big brother and protect me I feel really bad because I threw my drink in my boyfriends face and he pushed me and I my brother step in and told my boyfriend not to push me again and my boyfriend who is a lot bigger than him wanted to fight him so they did and I couldn't stop them I tried so I called the cops they ended up in the kitchen fighting somehow and my brothere grabbed a knife in the mix , my boyfriend didn't press charges because he knew that he was only dong it for me and that they were both drunk and wrong my brother even asked him to stop but he didn't ,the state picked up the charges they are still friends it was a big misunderstanding between all of us well he went to jail ,got off on probation he didn't realize because he never read the plea bargain just signed it ,he didn't go see his probation officer because he didn't have a job at the time which was a requirement.he got scared yes he was wrong for that but he don't deserve 3yrs for that he did one already I feel it is my fault to begin with.. how do you do time for protecting your little sister...

He does deserve to be sent back... he failed to honor the terms of his probation.

Its nobodies fault but his own. He signed it... he agreed to it. And I will bet good money the GOV whould send any request to the shredder.

He does time for doing what he did...

THe police should have been called... he should NOT have pulled a knife... and being drunk is no excuse, sorry but ignorance of the law... is no excuse to avoid it.

Sorry but if someone pulled a knife on me... I'd make damn sure he did time for it. Its clear the police did as well as the courts. His plea deal saved him from a longer term... and he still couldn't follow the simple requirements that were put down as a condition.

There is no excuse for that... he violated the parol... and he got sent back. As anyone who violates their parol should.

Tough cookies... break the law... pay the price.

As the famous TV cop Tony Beretta said.. " Don't do the crime if you can't do the time...."

WHY should he get a pardon?

He's already shown that he can't follow society's rules TWICE.
