Analog to Digital home thermostat advice needed...
    Okay,

I have done some poking around, especially on this site and I've learned I bought the wrong t-stat. I had a White-Rodgers (item # 1F58-72) analog , 2-stage heat & 1 cool t-stat. I bought a Ace Hardware ATX1500 Electronic Heating & Cooling t-stat. I have seven wires (G, Y, W2, R, E = brown, O, X= black) and four matching ports to fill. I hooked G, Y, W2 and R to the matching ports. W2 went to W and R went to RH, there is a jumper on the RH to a RC on the new stat. The O, E and X wires are not hooked to anything. I have heat when I turn the stat to "on" and when the house reaches my set temp, the heat stops and the fan just keeps blowing. When in "auto" I get nothing at all. Obviously I have the wrong stat, but is there anything I can do to make this work? Anyone have any recommended t-stats if not? I really appreciate any advice I get. Thanks..
