    What is the collection process of unsecureded credit cards?
    If you default on a credit card, what is the next step for them to collect. Can my wages be garnished?

    Hello doodlebugg

    After many calls ,letters,etc, you will get sued and if you get a judgement
    Then your wages can be garnished if your state allows and your bank account may be "frozen". The method of trying to collect on the judgement varies from state to state.A judgement is the last thing you want because the nightmare will really begin then
