    Furnace
I have an oil heater about 6 years old kennmore with a bekett burner. My question is recently when my heater go on everything is fine then it seem when the correct temp is reached the burner goes off and the fan blows for a while and the burner goes back on before the blower even gets a chance to go off. This may happen twice, any Ideas would be great hopefully it is easy fix.
Other question how can you tell if the combustion chamber might be cracked. When the burner is on and I look through one of the inspection ports I can see some black soot around one of the weld joints on the lower section of the chamber.
