Christmas in February? Oh, well, here goes.

Every family has their own traditions. My family celebrates the birth of Christ, so there are not only presents under our tree for my children, but every year my children pick one of their favorite toys to wrap up and give to Jesus.

Each child also opens one present Christmas Eve. That present is something that can be used on that night such as a pair of new pajamas.

Christmas morning Daddy passes out the gifts, we play, eat breakfast. Then after dinner we open our stockings.

We're Christian and celebrate both Jesus' birth and Santa's visit. About a week before Christmas, we put up and decorate a tree while Christmas music is playing, we bake as many as 35 dozen cookies, shop for and wrap gifts, decorate the house, attend Advent services through the month of December, open gifts and feast on snack-type goodies on Christmas Eve after church, attend Christmas Day services, go to Grandma's house for Christmas dinner, and hang out with relatives all day. Lots of ancient rituals and family traditions.
