Our old Intertherm furnace squeels only when heat kicks on
I have original gas Interthem furnace in my 1972 mobile home and do best to keep it serviced and clean. This morning furnace began to squeel, but only when heat turned on, not if just the blower is on. Just cleaned door filter & vacuumed around fan blades, put 10 drops correct oil in the place for the motor oil. It sounds like from blower assembly, but?? Help! It's cold in Idaho and I'm afraid to run the furnace, but even more afraid to call for heating company for help - Thank you ~ Freida in Idaho

Thanks for taking a moment to read - I've reviewed a lot of posts, however still cannot find one that explains why my Interthem G5RC100-16 gas furnace blower will not shut off even after the thermostat has been shut off. I'd also like some help, please, finding the "codes" for the blinking light...

My heat kicks off and on constantly in the winter. In the summer it leaks terribly, and hardly ever kicks off.the ductwork fills with water. What could be the probem. Please help
