2001 dodge diesel problems
I have a 2001 dodge diesel, has 220000 miles. It is now has starting problems in the morning. After starting, there is no problems the rest of day. Often, while driving, the engine will shut down. If I am going 60+ mph it will restart before it comes to a stop, I guess because it has a manual transmission. I have changed all the fuel and air filters several time but does not help.

I am trying to drain and replace the antifreeze in my truck. I have located the drain cock, but when I turn it 90 degrees counter clockwise it stops and no antifreeze comes out. What am I doing wrong? Also what is the best method to drain the complete system?
