How do you get a Surety Bond On the none Custodial parent ?
Hi there my ex husband Has left the USA and has moved back too canada and wants me too send my 9 year old Daughter too see him , which I am not Comfy with he is back in child support , Did not write the Court Nor I a 60 day written letter stating his recent move... He is not allowing me too know his Current address, ANd gives me an address that he is not Currently living at just one he gets mail at.. I am very Uncomfy by all the False Information he has already disclosed too me about his wareabouts , mailing addy and several other false information I have received that I do not want too send my child there and find out He tries too claim residency for her... I want some kind of an Asurance that he will send my Daughter home seeing as I have Majority of all Custudy of her accept we have 50/50 legal .
As this is what is hurting me from doing what I have too do too make sure he doesn't take my daughter and not let her come back... He has already gotten away with Getting a passPort and being back in child support He also some way has Gotten the IRS too allow him too Keep his Tax money even though he is in arreas , Since before he left the U.S he Filed for Bankrupcty too make it easier on his case.. Please explain how I can Get a surety bond as an asurance he is going to send my Daughter home back too the U.S after his Visit or please let me know if I should even send her.. I don't want too get stuck in a situtation that I have seen many in where I don't send my Daughter and I get less Custudy But seeing as in our Divorce Decree there is know where that my ex had written in our Decree that he would ever be moving out of the US too Canada . Do I have a leg too stand on ? Can I Not send my daughter since its an International case now WHAT DO I DO ? |

You can either go back to court and try to modify the custody or have proof in hand that he won't return the child. Barring those 2 options if the papers say to send the child and its his time with the child then you could be guilty of kidnapping if you don't. |
