    Roommate Law in INDIANA
A person moved in with me saying that the homeless shelter had no beds. She had been fired and was evicted from her apartment. I found out that she lied. I confronted her with the issue and insisted she leave. What legal trouble am I in?

None unless she decides to sue you for a illegal eviction.

Ah I see, did she leave when you confronted her? I thought you were looking for advice as to how to legally get her out.
