    You will NOT get the 2009 W-2 on-line.

    You need to request a copy from the WalMart payroll department. They have the W-2 of all employees on file for the past ten years. It MAY be free, but they are justified in asking you to pay a fee to reimburse them for the time and effort it takes to retrive the form from their files and send it to you.
