    I want to relocate and my daughter's father is not on the birth certificate
    I am relocating to another state and gone through all the legal stuff to ask my daughters biological father for permission to leave the state. But recently looked at her birth certificate and realized he's not on it, do I have to have his permission?

    Does he visit with the child? Is he on child support?
