    I called local sheriffs office to see if a warrantfor probation violation has been is
    I called 3 sheriffs depts to find out if I had a warrant for probation violation and all 3 told me no. wouldn't it show up there if I did

    You might have one of the counties that does not do "over the phone" warrant info. Have you checked to see if you Sheriff's Department has a Facebook Page? Here in Ohio my Sheriff has his own Facebook page and likes to post current warrants for everything from DUI to deadbeat parents to VOP's.
