No the pain is not gone.It hurts because he broke up with by ignorning me. He talk to other girls even tyring to get with one. My today's are better than my yesterdays but it still hurt. I guess it hurt more cause silence hurts more. He didn't say nothing to me just stop talking.

When I first started dating my wife she broke up with me after about 3 months of dating. It hurt cause we were friends for 8 years before we started dating. I did NC and about 6 months after the break up we were at the same concert and we talked went home (separately) talked more days after that. She was apologizing and telling me what a big mistake she made. She was in this horrible car accident and she said the only person she wanted by her bed side was me. I really went against everything I believe in and gave her another chance.

But keep in mind if I didn't see her at that concert we probably wouldn't have talked again.

I have been left at the altar by a man that I loved with all of my heart. But, the difference is that I can now look back on it and smile. The experience of being in a relationship with him, of loving him, of planning a wedding, all of it, I can smile and remember the good times.

The more time between the break up and now, the more you remember the good and forget the bad.

I have been through horrible breakups and congenial breakups. And in all of them, the key is time.

A day comes when you realize that you learned things about yourself in the relationship... and that you're better because of it.
