    I want to get a judgement
    We had an agreement that I would set him up in a business that he would eventually buy. He was paying the credit card that he was using. Then maxed it out and left. Can I sue him?I don't know how to get my money back!

    Yes, sue "him" in Small Claims Court in the jurisdiction where "he" lives or has a business.
