    Od: Plano,0.-50,007 and os: +0.25,-0.50,178
    I have a prescription for glasses and it reads:

    Sphere, cylinder, axis
    Plano -0.50 007 that is for (od)

    +0.25 -0.50 178 that is for (os)

    Please help me understand
