    I have swelling on both of my feet, on the outside part opposite of the arch, what is
    Its werid out of nowhere I developed swelling on the outside of my foot. It doesn't hurt its just very strange that this came out of nowhere. I believe I am healthy I have no diabetes and my blood pressure and all of that is normal

    Try elevating your feet when you are sitting or resting. Maybe you just need to put your feet up for a while. If the swelling continues, or you develop pitting edema or begin to have pain you should call your doctor.
