Animated movie from the 90s
I don't know if it was from the 90s or 80s but it was like a version of Aladdin, but not Aladdin. It was very weird. A girl fell in love with a peasant boy who couldn't talk. There was some evil man who moved oddly. I think he was blue. Helllppppp mee!
