Anyone experienced in using ceramic glue for joining sectional boilers.
Replacing leaky gaskets with ceramic adhesive between sections.BTU 400.000.Fire chamber has been rebuilt with vortex air flow and changed from 2 pass to three.This is work in progress.Plan to attach heat exchange or extracting flue heat Later plan to reintroduce combustion air into the fie chamber.The electro/mechanical boiler control devices have been replaced with a digital prepossessing system next year will combine internet remote control.
