    What's the name of this 90's children's movie?
    I've been trying to figure out the name of a movie I watched as a kid, early to mid 90's, and can not find it anywhere!

    I thought that it was based off Bruce Coville's book "Aliens Ate My Homework." However, what I've found on the internet suggests that none of his books have ever been made into a movie.

    What I remember about the movie is very little, but maybe somebody will remember.
    - It may have been a made for TV movie only.
    - The aliens in the movie were smaller than humans (maybe up to their knees) and were animated. Nothing else in the movie was animated.
    - The boy who becomes friends with the alines carried them around in his backpack, and passed them off for being action figures.
    - A bully stole one or all of the aliens, and the boy has to retrieve the alien.
    - At one point the aliens are in his desk at school and they eat some of his homework.
    - Something bad is happening ( I can't remember what ) but the boy and aliens work together to stop it from happening.
    - May have taken place around Halloween.

    Ok, that's all I really remember. If anyone can help I would really appreciate. Thank you so much in advance!
