    How to vacate judgement by default
    I am being garnisheed for a judgement by default. This is the second continuance of garnishment. I have recently found out that the judgement by default was for a debt on which the statute of limitations had expired. Can I get the judgement vacated even though it was a judgement by default.

    Where you properly served as to the hearing. And when was the original judgement issued.

    You will need an attorney since this will be fine point issues of the state laws
