Hot Tub Losing Water Fast

My hot tub is losing water. It is not evaporation. I put about 35 gallons in last night and this morning the level had dropped 2-3 inches. Besides a crack in the shell (which is possible but is not visibly seen) what other ways could it be losing that much water? If it is a crack, what do you do?

Greetings everyone, I am installing a whirlpool tub and it appears that the drain is about 1/2 inch too low. The drain is set in concrete. Is there any type of extension that can be put on the drain? Any suggestions? Thanks, Ed
