    What laws apply to eviction from rental property that isn't residential, a barn
    A horse rescue organization is renting a barn and pastures in SC. They are behind in the rent what is the law regarding eviction?

    Basically the same. The only difference is this will be considered commercial property. Generally commercial leases are more defined. Otherwise it still goes through the pay or quit notice, the court hearing for eviction, then finally the physical eviction.
